Responsibilities include -International Sales, Marketing and Business Development.-Preparing and Maintaining all Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment, PI, Labels, Invoices etc.)-Arranging specific documents required by the buyer such as H.C.,FTA, PHYTO etc.-Looking after ECGC Insurance policies for new and existing buyers, covering financial and political risks.-Close Coordination with Freight Forwarders and CHAs for smooth export operation. Including regular follow up on bookings, container handover, vessel sailing, release of BLs, filing of SB, issue of Certificates etc.-Tracking and Maintaining up-to-date report of Export Shipments. Communication the same to the buyers and other stakeholders.-Coordinating and communicating with Partner Companies and ensuring on time Export Shipments.
