Job description: Responsible for Overall Maintenance of Assy. Lines. Handle Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulics Maintenance. Break down maintenance. Planning and executing Preventive, Predictive, Repairs and shutdown maintenance. Ensuring excellent safety record, training of Team members. Handling Breakdowns and in carrying out root cause analysis. Improvement & Trouble shooting of equipments. Implement new techniques of bringing machines up to their optimal condition. Planning and implementation of Maintenance improvement projects. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize downtime. Having good knowledge of CAR LINE AXIS. Study the Drawing of any types of Fixtures and parts CMM Report Checking of Fixtures and Corrections as per CMM-Report CMM Report Checking of Parts, Assy. Parts and Templates, manufactured Fixtures and Inspection Fixtures as per design-data and correct it according to CMM-Report Implementation of TPM, Poka-yoke, 5s, KAIZEN Kan-ban Card & FIFO, activities. Working in excel, PowerPoint. Well knowledge about the pneumatic and hydraulics systems. Well knowledge about the pneumatic and hydraulics valves and cylinders.  Co-ordinate with Production Dept. regarding all maintenance activities, in such a way that Production loss is minimized
