Further, provide detailed design through the standard approval process [Design Technical Approval gates]. Defining necessary reworks and new parts for installing the sensors such as accelerometers. [Solid and sheet metal part]• Conducting necessary hand calculations with respect to instrumentation design [Stress and Tolerance stack-up analysis]• Identify high-stress regions due to the introduction of instrumentation design and optimize accordingly.• Providing the design support to instrumentation build team and coordinating various teams involved in building the aero engine to validate the design and get acceptance.
