I have over 20 years of progressive experience in technology, pre-sales, operations, and solution delivery, and I hold multiple certifications, including CCIE, ITIL, and VCP.My core competencies include developing deep customer relationships, building innovative solutions, and managing the solution engineering to address specific business problems and technical challenges. I am also proficient and competent with controller-based architecture, cross-domain integration, network security, policy and identity, and basic virtualization concepts.
