Entura International is an innovative anti-piracy company aimed at combating online piracy by using elaborate manual and automatic systems to find, verify and take down content on behalf of our clients- Lead and manage the department and encourage maximum performance and dedication from the team members - Report to Senior Management Team with key metrics for the department and project updates, identify potential issues and what actions are being taken to rectify them. - Responsible for organisational structures, future strategies, and plans/projects to increase efficiency and scalability of services- Forecast annual and quarterly objectives and targets in line with business goals, and communicate to CEO and senior team, as well as department - Convey our company Vision, Mission and Values to internal Ops teams, and ensure they are being adhered to - Aiding CEO with setting goals, and implementing business strategies, ideas and procedures that promote company growth - Liaise with product development team and CFT’s on projects for both anti-piracy services and internal teams' needs - Liaise with Client Accounts to keep up to date with pricing for all our services, in order to measure service profit margins, and keep senior team informed to help influence decisions on service offerings - Management of departmental budgets, and ensuring minimal overspending and all project deadlines are adhered to, and project leads are accountable for results - Creating backup solutions for any operational showstoppers to ensure business continuity, and taking ownership of the business continuity plan in general- Preparation of operation benchmarks, project frameworks, and risk registers - Process flow reviews for all our services and internal processes - Approving equipment and training needs
