Assistant Manager
Current- Responsible for the preparation and safe handling of products sold in the Salad Bar. Provides attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service as well as answer customer questions and maintain department conditions.
- Adhere to all Federal, State and Local regulations as they pertain to the Produce operation.
- Prepare all merchandise in the salad bar area including trimming, pricing and cooking.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly salad bar area.
- Follow approved procedures for receiving, code dating, preparing, storing, and price marking, arranging, and restocking products to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection.
- Promoted products and utilized indicative selling techniques to satisfy the customers’ needs.
