• Successfully involved in searching new candidates by using various job portals, conducting interviews and assisting the director in the selection process.• Joining formalities and Introduction of new employee.• Maintaining leaves and attendance record of all the employees.• Maintaining personal records of the employees and employee database.• Involved in Grievance handling and problem resolution according to the company policy.• Organized employee welfare activities like team lunch, get- together etc. • Involved in Office Administration activities like purchase, production, sales, payment follow-ups, coordinating Director’s schedule.• Dealing with clients through Emails resulting in the desired client response.• Representing the organization in various Trade Shows.
