As CEO, I provide strategic leadership, overseeing all aspects of the business, including financial management, business development, and team management. As the Art Director, I am responsible for shaping the creative direction of our events, ensuring that they embody a cohesive and captivating artistic vision. In addition, as an IP designer, I bring my expertise in intellectual property design to create unique and innovative event concepts that are artistically engaging and legally protected. Some projects I've worked on include creating illustrations for the Levis Manga Edition, training students in graphic design and photography post-production, developing graphic branding for companies, and providing business strategy consultations to help firms establish a more robust market presence.

During my time at Technicolor as a Senior Designer, I was responsible for designing, editing, and compositing motion graphics as well as still graphic menus. I created and designed interactive static and motion Blu-ray and DVD menus and also worked on building various UI designs. I worked for studios such as MGM, FOX, Weinstein, Relativity, Radius, Universal, Dreamworks, Sony, and Entertainment One. Some of the notable projects I worked on include The Walking Dead, Penguins of Madagascar, The Imitation Game, Hannibal, Insidious 3, Nightcrawler, 22 Jump Street, Peppa Pig, How To Train Your Dragon, Megamind, and a few others.

Designing for events is also crucial, as even a tiny brand presentation error can cause big problems. Every detail matters, from creating the brand presentation to completing the event, whether for corporate, lifestyle, or wedding events. The result of the event, just like a photo frame, is essential.My responsibilities include designing all kinds of creative elements required for an event, such as event themes, logo designs, set designs, staging, and other graphical elements. I have had the opportunity to work with several big brands, such as RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore), Ness (Retro Night), Pega (Launch in Bangalore), Toyota, BOSCH, Bangalore Club (Fashion Fiesta), Vibez Fashion Events, Mirai Store (Face of the Year), T-20 World Cup for Blinds (Mascot Launch), Messiah Inc., and SIFFE (South Indian Film Fashion Extravaganza).This experience has provided me with a new career platform and helped me develop new skills and abilities.

My role involved designing manuals and buyer's guides to enhance the customer experience and provide precise product information to buyers at their stores.During my time there, I gained valuable insights into customer service, learned how to recommend products and services effectively, and learned the importance of professionally presenting oneself to the world.

Teaching became my stronghold during the recession, not just because of the job crisis but also because I enjoyed learning. However, I realized I needed more than teaching alone for personal and professional growth. The company where I worked was introducing new teaching methods in animation worldwide, and effective branding and advertising were needed to attract students. This prompted me to explore a new career path in branding and advertising, which exposed me to new tools and skills.In my new role, I mentored and designed brand campaigns, which allowed me to explore the world of company branding and advertising. I also took on mentoring responsibilities for animation training and collaborated with other junior mentors on various school programs.This experience greatly expanded my career horizons.

Teaching has never been my strong suit, and I never thought I would be able to do it. However, with the help of my skills, I found that I was able to teach naturally. This was my first job, and it took me some time to learn how to teach someone.My mentor, @santanuganguly, was a huge confidence booster.
