I have completed MBA in Rajalakshmi Engineering College, pursued a dual specialization in human resource and finance. I have a strong academic background in business, commerce, and accounting, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Meenakshi College For Women.Since Jan 2024, I have been working in Newgen software Technologies as an HR Executive, prior to this worked as a Recruiter at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India, where I screen, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for various positions in the automotive industry. I have successfully filled multiple roles across different functions and levels, using effective sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation strategies. I also foster diversity and inclusion, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, as part of my role. Previously, I worked as an HR recruiter (Intern) at The India Cements Ltd for three months, where I gained valuable experience in recruiting candidates from different sectors and backgrounds. I am passionate about finding and developing talent, and I have strong skills in screening, recruiting, talent acquisition, communication, negotiation, and collaboration. I am always eager to learn new theories and practices in managing human capital, financial resources, and organizational performance.
