1. Accounts Payables:Invoice Processing: The Finance Manager is responsible for supervising the processing of incoming invoices, verifying their accuracy and legitimacy, and ensuring that they are recorded in the financial system correctly.Vendor Relationships: Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers is essential. The Finance Manager would negotiate payment terms and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.Payment Processing: Managing the timing and scheduling of payments to ensure that bills are paid on time and the organization takes advantage of any available discounts for early payments.Cash Flow Management: Keeping track of cash flow projections and ensuring that the organization has enough liquidity to meet its financial obligations while optimizing working capital.2.
