• Lead AIRBUS A320 family of aircraft acquisition project of AUSTRIAN airlines.• Analysing lease agreement details and preparing plain English for utilization in aircraft maintenance forecasting. • Analysing and conducting project requirements and plan work for the team according to to meeting project deadlines.• Ensuring quality of all technical records to meet project deadlines as per customer’s needs.• Discussion and meeting with General Manager / Project Manager / Technical Project Managers / CSM / Other Team Leaders for managing work.• Review and Audit Aircraft Technical records to support Aircraft Lease delivery/re-delivery.• Oversee the development of the training program scope within the team as well as other teams.• Ensuring Aircraft’s airworthiness conditions by cross-checking compliance.

• Managing TEAM ADs.• To maintain all work flow and stream line for team ADs.• Analysing and conducting project requirement and plan work for team according to meet project deadlines for client LATAM, Sky, Frontier and Cathay pacific.• Making work systematic and achieve Team ADs targets (planning Weekly basis work and targets with TL) for different dofferent clients (LATAM, Sky, Frontier, Flybe, Norwegian, Swiss, Cathay pacific, Air hongkong, Wizz etc).• Team management (Shift changes, Leaves), handling technical queries, Solving Queries of Juniors/Seniors/Client and train Juniors to develop their skills to understand documents for achieving targets.• To develop all required qualities in Juniors/ Seniors/ other team members to handle and deal with Team AD’s task with full accuracy & efficiency.• Providing training to freshers and helping them to grow in their day to day tasks. Scanning training provided as well if needed.• In high level of Auditing and managing team to get decided results within a stipulated time frame.• Attending technical and management meeting.• Co-ordinate and interacting with Other team member to get optimum Output.• Co-ordinate with admin for administration work (leaves, functions, shift change, etc.).• Taking interviews of freshers for Team ADs, intern and Junior's work assessment.

• Client servicing by resolving their queries raised by lessor or client.• Train my team especially juniors to enhance their knowledge to understand documents and maintenance procedure.• Analysing and conducting different project requirement and plan work for team according to meet project deadlines.• Scanning all Aircraft records and migrate it to Myflydocs system. Scanning historical records for Gulf Air as a Team Leader. Managing all physical records for scanning and reporting to Manager. Communicating directly with client for physical records availability for team to scan. Weekly meetings were done with Client for requirement of projects, update and deliverables.
