•Working as shift supervisor of Aromatics project-AXENS (CCR-BZ-PARAXYLENE) •Fully involved since project stage work i.e. review of plant 3D model, P & ID, Cause and Effect, BMS for heaters, preparing operating procedures, safety procedures, Job safety assessment, critical complex control loop review/preparation, DCS graphics review/preparation, operating window preparation etc.•Involved in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) activity of the Aromatics at Singapore. •Conducting training to the new apprentices as nominated “Cascade Trainer (IFP TRAINED)” of the Aromatics unit.•Involved in commissioning of CCR-BZ-PX units and made it operational at full capacity.

•Hands on Experience as Boardman(2001-2005) and Shift field Engineer (2006-2011) for the world largest HYDROTREATER(Naphtha) – REFORMER having capacity of 89KBPSD of Aromatics Complex-UOP. With the production capacity of 1500KTPA of PARAXYLENE. •World largest CCR (Continuous Catalyst Regenaration Unit) integrated with Platformer unit having catalyst regeneration capacity of 6000 lb/hr.•Heavy Naphtha Unionfining Unit (HNUU- UOP) as feed stock including FCC Heart cut Naphtha .*PSA unit (LINDE and UOP- both) for the Hydrogen recovery from the Net gas generation. •LPG RECOVERY unit to maximize LPG production from the Reformer net gas.
