As an Industrial designer, my role and responsibilities are to generate and design user-centric simulator controls by applying ergonomics, DFMA principles and get them quick prototype to test & evaluate the alternatives to understand the failure modes and redesign them if necessary with all the accumulated input parameters in the initial design phase.I was involved in developing the force feedback control systems of the aircraft simulator to recreate the haptic communication system mechanically to the user.The focus area is on Ergonomics, Design for manufacturing and assembly, Mechanisms, Concept generation.

Realiz3d is a 3d printing, prototyping startup. As a Design Engineer I helped the clients to visualize their ideas through CAD, explored the alternative solutions to fill the gap in the user experience and fabricated the scaled models using fused deposition modeling(3d printing) technique.
