• Monitoring day-to-day operations of the plant and calibrating instruments with sophisticated equipment.• Assisting coordination with other departments when necessary for instrumentation jobs.• Conduct regular troubleshooting and root cause analysis for instrument fault diagnosis. • Maintain requisite skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation faults.• Collect and analyze data for instrument performance monitoring reporting. • Preparation of detailed Natural Gas Consumption Reports and assistance with timely gas reconciliations.• Participating in audits and assisting with compliance activities for audits like PNGRB, OISD, HSE etc.• As per supervisory management instructions, perform any other duties as deemed necessary or incidental to all of the above tasks.• Responsible for assisting and ensuring the calibration, maintenance, and testing of pressure/temperature instruments such as transmitters, sensors, control valves, flow meters, etc.• Prepare and compile quality reports/records and other related documents for smooth functioning of operation and maintenance in the instrumentation department.• Understanding and Implementing P&ID Diagrams, hookup drawings, instrument loop diagrams and wiring details under the guidance and supervision of seniors.• Provide sufficient assistance for the scheduled maintenance of instrumentation in order to ensure quality execution, timely completion and adherence to the schedule.
