This involves reviewing the risk management policies against best practices and regulatory requirements, providing quarterly risk reports to the Audit and Risk Committee, performing the annual ORSA process, involving the development, implementation, and maintenance of the RCSA process, and assisting with the development and maintenance of the Risk Appetite Framework.Outside of client work, I manage and coach junior actuarial staff and am responsible for the research & development process within my team including governance, tools, and providing support wherever needed.
