As a Digital Initiatives champion in SME Banking, I manage the Core LOS system and Digital Customer Onboarding platform of the SME Division which is being used by a frontline of 2000 users across Sales, Credit Underwriting, Risk, Operations functions.Principle deliverables include:- Designing Digital journeys and finalising solutions across various processes of Credit life cycle of customer- Simplification and automation across various internal users journeys as well as external customer touch points - Designing various test scenarios for digital journeys envisaged- Contribute to development of Business Rule Engine(BRE) to automate Credit Decision Making process- Managing a team of resources for BAU support across LOS and Onboarding applications- Budgeting for Digital Applications development and ownership of PnL to ensure efficiency across productivity parameters impacted by Digital innovation
