That way, they can avoid project horror stories and start realizing the home of their dreams.- As part of the project management team at Design Everest, my work focuses on project delivery & project management, for multi-scope projects fueled by our in house developed technology enabled platform. My role involves coordination with all project stakeholders, cost control and budget management, monitoring timely delivery of the services, and ensuring that the client’s expectations are met while providing enhanced delivery experience. It involves critical thinking, driving the team, and resolving any complications with innovative solutions.- Proven track record of excellent delivery via online reviews, repeat customer rate of 25% and emphasis on Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients have been my strength.

- I was majorly involved in Design and development of variety of projects from residential apartments, luxury condoniums, commercial spaces to temporary convertible structures. - A major part of my role demanded coordination with stake-holders, Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

Being associated with an international firm, I got an opportunity to work on extra large projects like the IT campus for Tata Consulting Services Kolkata, Gitanjali park incorporating modern technological drivers:- 90% Prefabricated construction-Using the Kalzip German technology roofing systems-Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.- Coordinating among all teams for a smooth execution process.
