Worked on many different problems which needed complex analytical and logical skills. 1) Built the complete Recommendation system from scratch using Neo4j and Elasticsearch. Responsible for developing, maintaining, deploying of services. 2) Developed a match making algorithm which compares Jobs and Candidates on more than 30 different metrics and score them on 80 different data points. Algorithm achieved 87% accuracy which surpassed the industry standards of 85%.3) Used Python and Django for writing the application layer and exposing the APIs. Efficiently used postgresql and google cloud for database and server requirements.4) Worked on resume parsing using nltk, word2vec and tensorflow for gaining meaningful insights and using it to enhance the recommendation systems.
