I have been practising in the science of psychology over the last 14 years, which has given me a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and development. I am currently the Chief Executive Officer at Swimin12 Swim School, a leading organization that provides swimming lessons for children with special needs. I have over 13 years of experience in coaching children with special needs, and 7 years of specialization in teaching them how to swim. At Swimin12 Swim School, I lead a team of dedicated and passionate instructors who share my vision of helping young children and making a positive impact on the community. I oversee the operations, administration, and marketing of the organization, ensuring that we deliver high-quality and personalized services to our clients. I also work closely with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to create awareness and support for our cause. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are project management, communication, and administration. I am motivated by the joy and confidence that I see in the children that we coach, and the feedback and appreciation that we receive from their families. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a unique combination of psychological knowledge, coaching expertise, and leadership skills.
