• Onboarding & Induction – Employee code generation,Joining formalities, Sending welcome mailer to new joinees, schedule and conduct induction• Learning & Development – Revamp LnD process, Training requests & scheduling,attendance & feedback• Background verification – Send out the BGV form with docs , vendor co-ordination, payments, report updation• Employee Engagement – Employee Birthday mails, fun events, wellness programs• Database updates – Issue all types of employee letters, maintain employee files, report generation• Hobby Lobby – Part of Trek hobby lobby, sending out e-mails & co – ordination

Exposure to Training and Development on field, Measured the effectiveness of the Training sessions(using pre and post feedback) with the aid of various statistical tools.
