I have been looking after entire Saurashtra and Kutch Area branches to grow Business of Gold Loan and Branch network Extension.

Currently looking after 54 Branches of entire ROMG (Rest of Maharashtra and Goa) region for Gold Loan Channel. Mainly looking after sales of gold loans, cross selling of insurance and other loans products and profitability of branches.

I established the gold loan vertical for India Infoline Finance Ltd., in Gujarat. Handle 69 branches across Ahmedabad, Saurashtra & Kutch.I led the setting up of new branches from selection of area, setting up of offices, hiring and training of the staff. Also, led all the 69 branches to achieve profitability within first year itself. Additionally, I handle the cross-sale of various insurance and loan products including Life insurance, commercial vehicle loan and home loan.I received the ‘Best AVP award - 2012’ for establishing and managing the gold loan business.I received the ‘Best AVP award’ for the zone in FY 13 & 14.

I managed the broking channel for 5 branches across Ahmedabad, Himmatnagar and Modasa. Trained the team to focus on adding new De-mat and trading accounts.I established a new branch in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad and made it the 2nd largest branch in the entire region.Additionally, I also led the cross sell of insurance apart from managing the broking channel.

I managed the broking channel for 5 branches across Ahmedabad, Saurashtra & Kutch. Established new branches and made them profitable within the first 18 months of operations.I built the team from scratch and trained them to handle the De-mat and trading accounts.Also, managed the cross-selling of insurance.I received the ‘Best TM award 2009’ for outperforming other territories in West Zone.

I managed the new branch at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Grew the business exponentially and re-located to new branch office to support and manage the increase in business.Led the branch to become the best branch of Gujarat within first year.

Handled relationship management for acquisition of new De-mat and trading accounts. Became the top-performer within the region.

I managed accounting & administration for 10 workshops. Managed entire workshops' operations including daily sales-purchases, gold requirement, tools requirement, stock position, debtors-creditors, reconciliations, monthly P & L, management reports, salary calculation of all workers and maintaining loan and advances of all workers. Streamlined the accounting procedures for all the workshops.
