I was the project head in the capstone project. This is the final semester course in which we need to make a team and work on a unique project. We need to make the schedule of the project parts and work accordingly. All the progress whether it was according to the schedule or not we need to report it to the project supervisor.My role in that was a leader. I was guiding the team of 5 including me and assigning the work according to the skillset of the person. Moreover, at the end of each week I collect the progress report on each individual part like plc programming, designing of models in CAD, documentation like budget, part list, stock list and other important documents. As a project leader or captain I had the duty to present the project to the company's board member (in this case instructors) and client (other students) about the project, what is the unique factor that makes our project different and more beneficial than the market competitor.
