- Assist in development and validation of bioanalytical methods and samples- Analyses of drugs in biological specimens for bioequivalence, bioavailability, ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination) studies.- Conduct laboratory activities in compliance with PMRI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).- Attend SOP and GLP training programs as required, provide suggestions and recommendations as to how to improve the operation of the laboratory and the structure and content of the SOPs and compliance with GLP requirements.- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the laboratory.- Understand operations, calibrations and maintain all principle laboratory equipment including but not limited to HPLC, LC/MS, LC-MS/MS), balances, pH meters, pipettes, freezers, water system, equipment for sample extraction and evaporation and fume hoods.
