My purpose in the workplaceTo bring love and kindness in all that I do! That is my leadership style. It starts with me first; when I keep my cup full then my approach to work changes, my listening skills are enhanced and I have better working relationships with colleagues. It also increases my productivity levels and creativity in my thinking style that helps me find better solutions . My working styleLove and kindness has changed the way I work:· I have the ability to use intrapreneur qualities in my role. This means I take on a more holistic approach to my work, so going beyond my immediate work/team needs and looking more about what value we can provide to the firm if more teams worked together. · Amazing listening skills! I have learnt to remove any of my own ego or insecurities when I am listening, allowing me to really understand the benefits/pain points that are being expressed. This is very much needed when looking at new work and solutions to problems or processes· I have daily mental health practices that gives me a very calm mindset. This allows people to voice what they need to without me applying any unconscious biases, showing that they can trust me. This trust is particularly important in gaining pertinent information · I am happy! Having a happy mindset allows you increase not only your own productivity, but of those around you too· A very good team player! My view is that amazing results happen when people work together because it is a team that makes a difference and not just one individual.
