Analyst Client Relations- Enterprise Partners
Current- Responsible for the daily management of assigned enterprise partner accounts, fostering long-term partner relationships, driving business development, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their operations in the UK and Europe market.- Acting as the primary point of contact for partners and subject matter expert in payment solutions for both integrated face-to-face card and online payment methods.- Effectively managing a diverse network of 380+ global e-commerce partners at the Enterprise level by facilitating their integration with Salesforce and onboarding them onto the Enterprise Partner Portal.- Addressing and resolving cases, inquiries, and referrals raised by these partners through the Portal.
