* Founding team member for the Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission at EDII-TN, now StartupTN.* Provided research support for drafting the Tamil Nadu Startup & Innovation Policy (2018-23).* Drafted guidelines for the Tamil Nadu Startup Seed Grant Fund (TANSEED) and conceptualized its implementation based on TNIGC as a pilot in 2018, 2019 & 2020. * Oversaw Operations for Tamil Nadu Innovation Grand Challenge (TNIGC) in 2019 & 2020, executing grant disbursement strategies, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes, resulting in INR 75 Lakhs as seed funding for 15 startups.* Facilitated Think Tanks for promoting Innovation in Schools through Tamil Nadu Ilam Innovators Challenge (TNIIC), also serving as an Accelerator for Ed-Tech Startups.* Led operations for Tamil Nadu Ilam Innovators Challenge (TNIIC) at State & District levels, training over 260 College E-Cell Students, 1471 Students & 496 Teachers in 21st Century Skills and Innovation from April 2019 to Feb 2020. ( Impact realized in 2023 )* Conducted extensive research on Government’s Support to Startup Ecosystems of Karnataka & Telangana in April & June 2020.* Volunteered for ACT Grants COVID-19 relief measures, providing test beds for 8 startups in Government Hospitals in and around Chennai District.* To further support Innovation & Entrepreneurship in School, Implemented Atal Tinkering Lab Awareness & Support across Tamil Nadu, benefiting over 1040 schools, out of 1455 schools in Dec 2020.* Developed the Startup-to-Government (S2G) Sandbox Initiative, facilitating test beds and pilot orders for Government startups, which formed a basis for G.O for Public Procurement from startups.
