As International Project Manager, I led the development and execution of an innovative social project focused on youth employment. My responsibilities included managing international partnerships, overseeing financial planning, and coordinating modern training programs for over 1,500 participants across three project cycles. Each cycle expanded the scale and complexity of our initiatives, driving measurable impact and fostering collaboration on an international level. I initially joined Guava as a part-time Technical Translator for their website. However, I soon grew to appreciate GuavaHR’s services and transitioned to the team as the Sales Manager in Latvia. This role expanded my responsibilities significantly, including more public speaking events than I could have handled.

While working for the Sigulda City Development Agency (DMO), our team successfully developed and implemented comprehensive marketing campaigns and events, even amid the challenges of the pandemic. From crafting compelling messaging to designing eye-catching visuals, we effectively showcased Sigulda’s unique offerings, helping the city maintain visibility and engagement during a critical time in the pandemic era.

We created an ecotourism company to promote Latvia as a destination with unspoilt nature, rich pagan traditions, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, pure local cuisine and 500 km of white beaches. We achieved this goal in cooperation with the Latvian Tourist Board, I led various media visits for different media such as National Geographic, Telegraph, CoultureTrip, and others. Later, producing promotional videos highlighting our country's unique attractions. The video is used in presentations in Riga International Airport, Dubai Expo, city buses, and different important presentation events of Latvia.

As Digital Marketing Manager, I focused heavily on innovation, spearheading initiatives such as community deals, managing a blog, and implementing content marketing strategies. I created engaging social media posts to enhance our online presence, wrote success stories on the blog, and assisted the marketing manager with new initiatives and the overall marketing strategy.
