Helping Affinity Water delivering a programme to achieve an industry leading challenge of a 12.5% reduction in customers water consumption (PCC) in AMP7 - 2020 to 2025 and optimising operations processes within Thames Water Leakage Detection Contract. Focused on operational excellence, commercial control, quality, health and safety.

P&L management and delivery of a £15 Mio Smart Metering and Water Efficiency programmes for Affinity Water UMP6 (Water Savings Programme). Exceeded targets/KPIs for 5 consecutive years and lead a multi-functional team of +100 people.

Coordinating a research project “Commonwealth Women in Leadership” across the corporate and public sector in 53 Commonwealth Countries. The report was published in Spring 2015 in association with the Commonwealth Business Council and ACCA.

Revised route network performance to identify profitability issues and provide recommendation plan to improve the route profitability. Planned schedules which utilised crew manpower and aircraft types efficiently. Worked with the revenue management team to determine amendments to existing routes, frequencies and airports. Provided financial forecasts for potential new routes and bases. Assessed new markets based on strategic fit, financial potential, growth opportunity, risks and possible entry points.
