I pride myself for realistic strategies that keep the customer at the heart of the process while driving growth.I currently consult with brands and agencies. Prior, I oversaw social and content marketing at Amazon. Previously, I was a Content & Strategy Director in a Creative Agency. Prior to that, I was a consultant focused on research, strategy, social media and digital, working direct to brands and agencies. Before that I was a Senior Manager of Audience Marketing at Microsoft. I've also worked as a Senior Social Strategist at Starbucks where I developed social media & digital plans, including content strategies and campaign blueprints. I helped set strategic goals, develop metrics, define audiences and identify key tactical frameworks, while identifying category business needs, trends and what drives the consumer. I also have years of agency experience. In 2012 I developed and managed social campaigns for Global Citizen Festival (a concert in Central Park featuring Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Band of Horses & K'NAAN) & Global Citizen (an advocacy campaign to help end extreme poverty). I was also responsible for strategic partnership development between musicians, celebrities, non-profits, and corporations. We received over 2.1 billion impressions between Aug 7th and Sept 29th and our efforts successfully leveraged $1.3 billion dollars in new commitments from charity partners in the fight to end extreme global poverty. I graduated w/ a Masters degree from Dartmouth College where I researched emerging media through the lens of Globalization. The purpose of my research was to better understand social and digital media and its application to human intent w/focus on motivation and activation.
