Leading workshops and classes to assist people into "presence" through Yin Yoga, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Guided Meditation, Specialty Workshops, Pranayama, aromatherapy, and my most recent class, Liquid Yin*. I encourage all to keep their "appointments with life, moment to moment ..." There is nothing more satisfying than witnessing people becoming aware of the habits that inhibit them ... Either through hot, sweaty yoga or a slower, more mindful approach. I also enjoy teaching 55-plus boomers whom I encourage to feel into the aging body with self-acceptance by employing slower and more classic hatha yoga styles.
