The topic of my thesis was the design of a development process that reduces the cost of frontend development. The method splits frontend development into two separate parts. The advantage of this method is that the assembly of the descriptive json can be done by an employee who does not have programming skills, so the project can be done at a lower cost. I make all decisions by thinking about which parts of the development plan will be affected. When structuring the code, I pay particular attention to which parts of the workflow may appear in future projects. I try to make these parts as portable as possible. I started my business in July 2022. In November, I employed a new hire who learned the basics of frontend in a react course and had previously done some projects of his own. Working with her I gained a lot of experience in work management. During our work together I paid special attention to the breakdown of tasks into subtasks and their scheduling. I also gained experience in planning and implementing joint workflows.I have worked in a team on several occasions and have learned to articulate my ideas clearly and to describe them in a clear way. I have gained a lot of people skills in negotiating with colleagues and clients and I have learned to argue convincingly and present my point of view in a proper way.I have an analytical mind.
