Engineering Coordination for the Cherry Street LX Removal Project (TOC and Delivery). Roles include:- Assist in the planning and procurement of design to ensure achievement of project objectives and KPIs- Coordinate interaction of project members in the design delivery process, including design, construction, planning, estimators and stakeholders- Determine construction methodology and program in conjunction with delivery team. - Monitor design documentation progress against the program and elevate key issues to senior management, including to ensure proof engineering is provided for relevant design documents.- Review design documentation and assist in the stakeholder review and approvals process.- Optimize design solutions through the design team coordination, value engineering and innovation. Propose alternative solutions to complex issues- Input to SiD process and temp works design as required. - Manage the RFI process and initiate and manage Design Changes where required.- Arrange and oversee the procurement of various contractors- Coordinate support activities to ensure contractors are not delayed- Carry out monitoring and surveillance to ensure contractors are complying with mgmt plans, designs, and specifications.- Monitor construction progress for adherence to program and report to Delivery Manager- Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen in decision making and management of contracts- Manage contracts to ensure the delivery of the works does not exceed the target budget.- Managing IRFI register - speaking to Design and IRFI originator to ensure adequate resolution is achieved- Temporary works coordination - Utilities stakeholder management – Viva, Ausnet, Telecoms, Powercor, City West Water, Southern Rural Water etc.- Main point of contact for ARTC and MTM- Owner of the Risk & Opportunity and Assumptions register- Management of progress of Standard Waivers and Departures- Management of the asset allocation process

Involved in the North Western Program Alliance together with KBR and Metro Trains Melbourne working on level crossings removal projects. I was involved on the Buckley Street and High Street Level Crossing removal projects.

Work order manager for the following packages:• Brighton Railway Station Electrical (civil and electrical work). • Brighton Road Turnback Automation• Glengowrie Depot / Sturt Creek Overhead Wiring Design and Execution (Overhead Wiring upgrades at depot)• Glengowrie Turnout Replacement works • Christie Downs / Hallett Cove Pedestrian Crossing Activation• Tramline Bonding & Standards Development (Facilitating the development of bonding standards for the tram Roles listed in the following:• Reviewing work orders issued by DPTI and ensuring that project scope is clear, prior to execution.• Involved in all procurement management activities in producing procurement documents and floating out tenders. Review proposal contents to develop a project plan including timeframe, budget, staffing requirements, allocation of available resources and the planned project gross margin and costs.• Managing changes within each work package.• Accountable for sub-contract packages and responsible for the delivery of work on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction, managing issues, risks and dependencies. Ensuring quality of work and in getting it right the first time.• Interacting and coordinating with major stakeholders for project planning & implementation especially with DPTI representatives on needs and requirements. Interface with Sub-Contractors including reviewing SWMS.• Manage all aspects of project execution cycle from engineering to contracting strategies, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and handover.• Attending Safety in Design workshops and ensuring compliance to relevant HSEQ requirements.• Closing procurement including project payments & invoicing, receivables & billing apart from Project controls, Headcounts, Budget Preparation, Deviation & Risks Analysis and Supplier Invoice Management.• Site supervision of electrical and civil activities.

Responsible for Complete Telecom System Package Rollout, Vendor Management, delivery schedule, installation and commissioning – Transmission Networks, IP Networks, PABX & Hotline System, PAGA System, CCTV System, Radio System, Satellite System, Weather Monitoring System, Network Management System and Process Monitoring Control Systems interface.- Successful management of building contractors for the Telecom engineering package of the RAPID Refinery Complex mainly for laboratories, substations, main control buildings, data centres, field auxiliary rooms, fuel stations etc – Structured Cabling System, PAGA, Radio networks, CCTV, Access Control System, lightings etc.- Completion of projects situated in Korea and Vietnam as the Electrical & Instrumentation focal point.

In the R & D department working on the design of two-way radios (walkie talkies). Involved in the design section of the Frequency Generation Unit (FGU), which is part of the Radio Frequency section. Have experiences in running momentum simulations on ADS and Cadence for Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO) and Loop Filter simulation. Have experience in various system performance measurements for the radios such as VCO current, modulation balance, injection power, integer boundary spurs, side-band noise ratio, voltage multiplier, Sinad and other VCO related measurements. Have also attended work related training courses such as Product Data Management, receivers, transmitters, spectrum analyzer, FGU, VCO and several others. Technical paper of “FPGA Test for Look-Up Tables” which was my final year project at university was accepted for publication at Motorola.
