Job Specification:Prepare installation and commissioning step by step procedures of electrical, process instrumentation and control systems which fully described the works with sound construction strategy, practice, safety awareness in line with the Client policies and guidelines. Identify the System/Sub-system and description, preparation of marked up P&ID, Electrical One Line Diagram subsystem breakdown for onshore and offshore pre-com and commissioning scope of work, pre-com and commissioning task sheets (jobcards) on database which includes the job to be done, manhour estimates and material requirements. Prepare Workpacks required for the job execution in onshore/offshore installation/hook up, pre-com test and commissioning of newly installed and/or existing Oil and Gas Platform. Perform power up, functional test, commissioning and initial start up of the LV Switchgears, MCC’s, UPS, Chargers, DCS, PLC, System Cabinets, skid utilities and process machinery equipment. Perform calibration, loop check and functional test of F&G, Process Alarm and Shutdown Systems. This also included the failure finding analysis, disposition of field finding report, study and resolve the root cause problems. Responsible for the system, sub system commissioning and facilities handover to Client acceptance. Check and review the red marked up drawing onshore/offshore AS BUILT and project mechanical completion milestone documents.
