As a leader in software development, I was responsible for creating RP3 SmartView, an interactive analytical software for information dashboards.My expertise includes analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing applications related to the RP3 ERP system. This includes managing inventory, customer relationship management (CRM), point of sale, invoicing, customer service and complaint management, quality control, and analytical tools.I also oversaw the successful implementation of complaint management and quality control systems overseas in Lima, Peru.
