Managed 2 major International iPOS loyalty enhancement release which been deployed to ten (10) countries approximately on 1,200 stores. Manages and provides test activities for a team of sixteen (16) test analyst(s) both onsite and offsite. Facilitates meetings across systems to clarify requirements and gaps, to discuss issues and identify resolutions and to provide test progress status to the project management team and business stakeholder. Monitors the release to QA and UAT test completion and participates on the retrospective meeting. Manages an enhancement release for instant credit application for Power-up Reward Credit card and participated on coordinating adhoc integration testing with downstream system. Manages and provides test activities for both RCG and GameStop that have been assigned to the domestic release. Participates on the creation of automated test script for ReTech by using the TM5000 tool. Works closely with the automation team on creating defects for issues and creating user stories for enhancement. Also, provides feedback to the development and QA team for the bugs found in ReTech during automation. Has been working closely with GameStop QA director and manager in leading an effort on the creation of UAT financial activity checklist that will be vital on getting a positive feedback and UAT sign-off from the business stakeholders and will be followed by the whole iPOS QA team.
