•Monitor implementation of employee disciplinary measures and ensure fair and consistent reinforcement in accordance with PH Labor Laws•Implement regulations in accordance with policies and standard operating procedure•Ensure employees adhere to company's code of conduct and maintain high standard of service•End-to-end processing of Disciplinary Action with includes but not limited to Investigation of administrative cases, conducting administrative hearing, employee counseling, and drafting of Notice of Decision•Interpret policies and recommend procedures for company policy and disciplinary measure in compliance with labor laws•Support the management team in resolving employee issues and provide guidance in ensuring proper and timely implementation of disciplinary measures•Track, organize, review and maintain records, reports and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures•Handles government compliance (DOLE)•Supports internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required•Responsible for attending hearings/summons of Labor related cases in DOLE/NLRC•Work closely with legal department to monitor Labor related cases•Accountable for full compliance including preparation of legal documents in relation to employment and disciplinary procedures such as termination, suspension, performance management process, etc.•Work closely with executives, managers, and team leaders and other management personnel on all aspects of employee relations, including but not limited to, planning, coordinating and supporting the performance and attrition/retention review process•Recommend, Create, Calibrate specific process improvement•Monitor and assist in handling confidential and highly sensitive information from different departments

•Processing of employee’s statutory benefits both Company and Government Mandated (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)•Accountable for processing and remittance of SSS, HDMF Loan Deductions •Processing of SSS Sickness and Maternity Advance Payment•Assist with evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities, which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management •Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary•Assist with collection, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision-making•Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessary•Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws •Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in development of a high performing organization•May help facilitate candidate selection process, as necessary

•Time Keeping entries for both Project Based and Regular Employees •Reviewing of payroll related documents (i.e. checking of employee name, membership/ID number, payroll account, related records)•Preparation/processing of forms for submission to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and DOLE (e.g. notifications, benefit/reimbursement claims, loan applications, and information updating/corrections)•210 File safe keeping and management•Leave records management of all Project based and Regular employees•Preparation of various HR template and charts•Management of HR unit’s supplies requirements (i.e. requisitions, issuance, storage, monitoring of usage and stock level)•Scheduling of applicants / phone screening•Preparation of employment related forms (i.e. ATM payroll account, company ID, building pass, health card)
