Currently, I am working as an NOC (Network Operating Center) Operator and Field technician for almost 10 years. First, I worked as a Field Technician in this Telecom Company. And we are responsible for assembling the antenna and configuring the modem to use as their Internet. After many months, I was assigned as NOC Operator wherein we are configuring the modem through remote and day to day monitoring the circuit of every company. I learned a lot in this company even though this is not my experience in my previous company therefore, all work requires patience and sacrifice to learn new things.After I went to my current company, I worked as a Computer Technician in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. I am responsible for Sales and troubleshooting of client computers. And sometimes, the client is requesting me to visit their place to troubleshoot their computer.After I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer in an IT company in the Philippines but suddenly there was an opportunity to work abroad and I grabbed it. And we are responsible for assembling the antenna and configuring the modem to use as their communication. After many months, I was assigned as VSAT NOC Operator wherein we are configuring the modem through remote and day to day monitoring the circuit of every client. I learned a lot in this company even though this is not my experience in my previous company therefore, all work requires patience and sacrifice to learn new things. As a VSAT NOC Operator, we are in charge to monitor and maintain VSAT operations and ensure network availability Thru NMS, Oversees VSAT software and Hardware changes and monitors to detect inconsistencies, Troubleshooting VSAT installation through remote, Back-up the network every month and many more.
