Responsible for Reviewing resumes from workday or career fairs, making phone Screenings, Interviewing for applied positions, and extending out job offers. Prepared and helped out with drug and background checks. Prepared them for onboarding with any documentation, and overview of facility, quality, safety, and expectations to prepare them for the field. Once onboarded managers, supervisors, and HR Associate would get together to view the employee needs in each department. Responsible for keeping boards and Excel Spreadsheets up to date for the Plant Manager and global HR. Responsible for Interpreting and/or Translating any HR-related documents for employees. Helped with any HR and Employee concerns / paperwork-related.
