Current Responsibilites include:Workday Change Request Configuration - configures change requests (e.g. Business Process Change, alert/notification) submitted by different regions and collaborates with other focus expert to identify other potential impact of different requests.Ticket Management - monitors and provides support to the team in handling various concerns related to Workday. Co-manages the team on how to handle concerns and drive volume down through initiatives that will address the common mistakes and issues.Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Analytics - extracts various data from Ticket Management Tools (Remedy and Salesforce) that helps monitor team performance and provide insights on the pain points of the team.Ticket Management Improvement Projects - acts as an SME in Remedy and Salesforce and provide recommendations on how to further improve system functionality. Created various excel forms that serves as a guide for the HR group on what information they need to provide to cut down exchange of emails and improve ticket resolution experience.Regional Partner for LATAM, NAMET and RUB countries and serves as their consultant on how to address their concerns primarily related to WorkdaySLA Improvement Wayfinder - appointed as the lead in managing the team's initiative to cut down the SLA to 50% and improve TAT analyticsBusiness Process Expert - Acts as the main contact on the Global Initiative in improving the whole Workday Experience and revamping the Business Process through the Reimagine ProjectProject Management - task to explore several projects that are related to Workday Functionality and how to provide simplified process to the HR GroupPeople Management - mentors teammates and contributes to their growth through sharing Business Acumen, Technical Knowledge and Reporting Expertise.

The only local HRIS supporting Convergys Phillippines having a total of 60K+ employee headcountCore ResponsibilitiesWorkday HRIS Analyst - provides Workday Solution to different site HR issues such as data issue, business process issue. Workday Payroll Integration - works closely with Payroll Team to ensure all data from Workday and ADP are aligned and address gap if necessary. Assists the Payroll Team in processing adhoc files, generating Workday/ADP Reports for data validation and identify possible mapping issues in Workday/ADP Side.Workday Reporting Evaluator - ensures that all site HR data needed are available in Workday. Works closely with Workday Reporting Team in developing HR Reports and Dashboards that can be used by the Executives in analyzing Site Health (e.g. Headcount/Attrition Data, Compensation Data, Employee Demographics etc)Workday Benefits - Spearheaded the Workday Benefits enrollment automation project that ensures all employee are enrolled and terminated in the HMO Providers system on time. This initiative produced high cost savings that prevented employees to use the HMO benefit when they are no longer eligible. The project was also a jumping point to use Workday as the main data source where employee's can update their enrollment of dependents lessening the data discrepancy in the various systems.
