About Darwin Santos

I am a Philippine Registered Nurse since 2008. Had the opportunity to practice my profession for 7.5years as a hospital based Staff Nurse in the Medical Surgical Ward, promoted to Head Nurse and then to Nurse Supervisor.By 2015, I discovered the field of Medical Coding. I underwent training for IP coding and passed the AAPC-CIC certification on the same year.From 2016 up to present I am a PHRN Medical Coder with vast experience in IP Coding and recently I have been assigned a new position to take on Inpatient Auditing and DRG Validation.And Starting July 2023, I am promoted as Team Leader. New challenges awaits! Cheers 2023!
