CurrentWorked on projects for GM, Ford and Stellantis. I've also worked on projects for customers around Michigan and all over the United States. I work with ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, Kawasaki and Motoman robots. I can set up the robots out-of-the-box. I set up the I/O on the robots (Ethernet/Profibus/DeviceNet). I've done simulation projects using RobotStudio (ABB), Roboguide (Fanuc), KukaSim (Kuka), Kawasaki (K-Roset), and Process Simulate (Multiple Models). The robotic applications I have worked on are: Material Handling, Spot Welding, Arc Welding, Dispense, Waterjet Cutting, Sand Blasting, Ultrasonic Welding. As far as robot safety, I've worked with AB Rockwell - DCS, CIP Safety, SafeOperations, SafeMove and Cubic-S.
