- Perform low observation on Spirit Sikorsky Assy process, and build standardization on hours, process, and methods- Develop scheduling baseline into master schedule & MRP schedule based on lot production demand.- Perform capacity planning, IP enhancement, floor layout, key metrics analysis to measure assembly performance based on efficiency and learning curve.- Build hours model to track and measure realization rate vs target rate, verify & validate this model for operational performance index.- Analyze operational data from SAP and automate using VBA coding and SQL query on the flow of data into key data features.- Forecast and Build manpower model, mechanic skill metrics, direct labor & indirect labor correlation, absenteeism rate, Overtime rate, technology leverage such as robotic arm, to show capacity baseline to meet future demand.- Lean & continuous improvement, basic low hanging fruits lean improvement program such as 6s activity, time study, evaluation tool, spagetti diagram, kanban.- Analyze and build precedence network of complex assembly line, and balance the production line using Toc (Theory of Constraint) method. Establish critical path and standard hours to build up better schedule, to achieve stable processes, and to reduce costs in direct labors, production investments, flow time, also build up bar charts to support recovery practices.- Tooling and process optimization, using simulation and project management tools such as Simio, microsoft project, primavera based on resources input to project better realization on tooling and process flow.- Involved in finance budget constraint and Quality improvement program.
