I am a graduate in Administrative Informatics from the National Autonomous University of Honduras in the Sula Valley. Currently, I work as an English teacher with over 9 years of experience. I have also gained 3 years of experience in technical support within an educational institution, providing technical solutions to administrative staff, teachers, and students. I am proficient in platforms such as FluentSupport, a ticketing system, as well as in managing Office 365 licenses, Azure admin, Teams admin, basic HTML and CSS, and WordPress development.
