As Chief Technology Officer for TransVault, I am responsible for leading the company’s products and technology roadmap, services strategy, as well as the company vision. Following over 20 years of dedicated IT product management and software delivery experience, I am driving the company’s growth trajectory, and its commitment to data transformation through innovation. My core focus was the architecture, design and delivery of the strategic EMEA Human Capital Management product. I rebuilt the product delivery team and core product. I instigated the creation of a SaaS model target architecture and the interim architectures to modularise 15 year old software. I took the team through re-education and established new governance for change. I integrated our operation with worldwide centres of excellence and hosting to reuse existing company assets in provision of the new product. My team migrated the product from a static design to a responsive and adaptive UX, mobile first, interface.

I have driven fundamental changes in Solution Architecture, Resourcing, Product Engineering, Compliance and Operability to meet ongoing business needs.
