• Collecting and verifying financial information• Daily operational tasks, responsible for Baghdad, Beirut, and Turkey Stations (Landing, Ground Handling, Fuel, Air Bridge, Catering, Taxes, MOF, Emergency, Charters…)• Aircraft Licenses renewal • Daily Cash reconciliations, and making sure records tally with the Vendors• Daily follow up with Vendors, checking the Invoices, Statement of Accounts and Payments• Follow up with the Bank for obtaining ready SWIFTs• Prepare standardized and reports and checking them for accuracy • Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy• Directing other employees and junior accountants

• Perform and authorize on all bank related transactions (Money orders, transfers, clearing checks, loan payments…)• Accounts opening/closing, Updating KYC, Filling FATCA IFRS and W 9 forms• Submit audit report and rectify all the issues• ATM replenishment for 3 branches (Chtaura, Zahle and West Bekaa branch)• Preparing loan applications, evaluating client’s financial information and calculating risk ratios• Cross selling bank products and services (loans, cards, accounts, insurance...)• Cards issuing and limit opening

• Submit quotations for clients• Daily inputting of sales and purchase invoices to the accounting system (Silicon software)• Revise and audit on all the payments assuring they include all supporting documents• Preparing company records and budget• Follow up with suppliers to send their statement of accounts• Dealing with shipping companies to get the minimum shipping cost• Prepare and send invoices to the clients and follow up on payments• Prepare export invoices and packaging lists• Prepare purchasing orders• Supervising and coordinating activities of the staff inside the factory• Manage employee files and track their arrival, leave, vacations and sick days

• Update expired KYCs for customers• Ensure that customer’s transactions and cash inflow-outflow is matching with their data declared on KYC and detect any unusual activity
