During my tenure at the Human Rights School, I designed comprehensive educational courses spanning from introductory to advanced and specialized levels, implemented innovative approaches and integrated experiences from international educational and human rights platforms. I recruited top trainers and experts for educational projects, promoted programs among Belarusian youth, and conducted quality assessments of programs.Additionally, within the Human Rights School, I taught modules on human rights introduction as well as other practical blocks related to this topic.

While in this selected position, I represented the organization at all public places and established strong partnerships with national non-governmental and non-profit organizations. I maintained active membership in associations such as the Belarusian National Council "RADA." During this tenure, I conducted several dozen interviews on the Belarusian student movement, established connections with over 10 new organizations, and strengthened ties between independent student groups and democratic forces, such as Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya's Office of Education and Science.Additionally, I coordinated an international solidarity campaign for political prisoners in Belarus, involving dozens of organizations, diasporas, cities, and hundreds of individuals in solidarity actions.As an educator, I planned and conducted educational events that empowered student communities and activists. For instance, I organized a human rights course for students, through which student community leaders were trained.

As a board member, I studied formal and informal education, as well as student activism in universities and academic freedoms in Belarus.I actively combined the roles of facilitator and trainer in informal education, teaching human rights, and mentoring several student-led independent projects that grew into sustainable horizontal youth initiatives.
