Manage Operators’ requests and provide the actual information regarding any issues. • Make payouts to players against their payout requests (after preliminary anti-fraud audit/check, e.g., for duplicates, fraudulent activity, IP intersection). Perform KYC checks and player account verification.• Assist chat agents in solving problems and current issues (account, billing, and payment issues).

React to any questions from website visitors and provide players with accurate information about the casino T&C, current promotions, payment methods, etc.• Issue personal bonuses and free spins to players. Disable accounts upon players’ requests.• Handle issues or bags reported by players. Create tasks (using JIRA tool) and transfer issues to another departments
