The experience of working in English phonetics further improved not only my knowledge in understanding accents, but also strengthen my confidentiality and active listening skills.

While working at FCC I gained knowledge in customer support and co-operation. My position required all the complexity involved with healthcare management, preparing and submitting billing data. Furthermore, I gained communication maturity while dealing with calls and correspondency in both English and Spanish.

The work in the Skyeng online school helped me to dig deep into communication and custom-orientation, as well as develop time-management skills. I have learned to be quite flexible with my schedule as I managed to combine my studies with work.
