- Manage cloud-based ERP (Unleashed) and eCommerce (Magento 2, WooCommerce, Shopify) systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient management of sales and inventory- Test systems to ensure new and existing operations work smoothly, especially after software updates- Work with the sales and marketing teams to regularly update multiple websites with relevant advertisements, promotions, and content- Maintaining product and inventory portfolio as well as category and brand pages- Drive technology and implement new operations to ensure efficiency, error minimization and cost reduction- Optimizing the customer experience on the front-end of each website- Monitor analytics to measure the performance of activities and make recommendations to change
