As a member of the Synergy Team at Telkom, I have been actively involved in value creation initiatives across Telkom subsidiaries, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and ministries. I managed multiple projects from the Ministry of SOE, fostering collaboration with other SOEs. Internally, I managed projects to explore new business opportunities and improve underperforming subsidiaries. Additionally, I handled KPI reporting and risk management for my department. I also contributed to accelerating the development of Telkom’s digital ecosystem, including healthcare, tourism, and media-technology sectors. Since mid-2023, I have been participating in the corporate transformation agenda, specifically in Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC), managing the synergy value impacted by the convergence of fixed and mobile businesses.

Performed weekly driver incentive calculation based on data analysis as strategy of driver retention and acquisition. I had initiated to create driver-community based activities to improve driver engagement and retention.

The project is about investigation of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) implementation in lithographic machine. It mainly studies wireless channel propagation and low power consumption of WSN utilizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

The internship studied about short range optical wireless communication where the coupling efficiency was investigated. Simulation and measurement of collimator lenses has been carried out for this study.

The internship take place in the laboratory in Eindhoven University of Technology, specifically under Electromagnetic (EM) research group. The internship investigated the possibility of implementation RF harvester technology into Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) technology. The aim of this study is to make independent - bateryless sensor devices. Zigbee technology was utilized in this investigation.

Alarm data collection and processing from all BSC and BTS sites, all over Indonesia and from each vendors, to be reported to line manager. Understanding the data trend to be concerned to take action.
